Eye-tracking and Brain Imaging Studies of Social Cognition in Schizophrenia and related disorders

Our lab is conducting a series of studies that investigate how specific brain regions are related to functioning in work, school, and in other social situations. As a study participant, you will be asked to complete clinical and neuropsychological assessments, an eye-tracking task, and a non-invasive MRI scan. Study participants earn between $15-50/hour for their time.

You may be eligible if you are between the ages of 16 and 55 and either:

    a. Have a diagnosis of Schizophrenia
    
    b. Have been:
       
       • experiencing any unusual thoughts, feelings, sights and/or sounds
      
       • experiencing increasing difficulty keeping up with your school, work, and/or social life 
       
       • withdrawing from family and/or friends
       
       • or have a family member diagnosed with schizophrenia
 
    c. Have no history of any major psychiatric diagnosis
